How are the rewards to winners allocated?

My team recently won the ideathon division of CODE PI 2024 but haven't received any mails or any kind of contact from the organisations. I don't have any idea how they are going to give our team anything.

    Despite assurances that the awards and certificates would be provided by January 26th, we still haven’t received them.
    Please look into this matter at the earliest and provide an update.
